We start with a relaxing 90-minute Swedish and targeted deep tissue massage, followed by 30 minutes of deep scalp massage and finishing with 30 minutes of reflexology. Aromatherapy is included to provide a total mind and body experience.

What to Expect

A longer pairing of bodywork and skincare with time built in to not feel rushed between the two. Two and a half hours is enough that the appointment stops feeling like an errand and starts feeling like an afternoon. Your therapist and esthetician coordinate so the sequence flows, and you stay settled in the room rather than moving around the building between services.

Common Questions

How long should I allow in total?

Add fifteen to twenty minutes to the treatment time for arriving, settling and not rushing out at the end. The quiet few minutes afterwards are genuinely part of it, and guests who leave straight from the table always say they wish they had not.

How is this different from Relax & Renew?

Mainly length. Both pair bodywork with a facial; this one runs longer, which means more time within each service and a less compressed transition between them. Choose it when the afternoon is yours rather than squeezed between other plans.

Can two of us book it together?

Often, depending on the day and room availability. Call or message rather than booking two separate slots online, and we will put you in adjacent appointments or the couples room where we can. Weekends need more notice.

What should I bring?

Nothing. Everything you need is here, and there is somewhere to leave your things. Come as you are - most guests arrive straight from work or the beach, and plenty leave without reapplying makeup.
