The Experience
What to Expect
A massage and a facial in one appointment, booked back to back so the afternoon runs without a gap in the middle. You stay in the same treatment room where possible and move straight from one to the next. It is our most popular introduction to the spa because it covers both halves of what people come for without committing to the longest package on the menu.

Common Questions
Is there a break between the treatments?
Only a short pause while your therapist and esthetician change over, and you stay comfortable where you are. The appointment is designed to run continuously rather than as two separate bookings with waiting in between.
Which comes first, the massage or the facial?
Usually the massage, so you are already relaxed by the time the facial starts and the skincare products are the last thing on your skin. If you would rather it ran the other way, tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
Can I change which services are included?
Often yes, and sometimes for a difference in price. Call or message us before booking and we will tell you what is possible on the day you want. Substitutions are easier to arrange in advance than on arrival.
Does it make a good gift?
It is our most-given package, because it suits people whose preferences you do not know. A gift card for the value works equally well and lets them pick their own date and any substitutions they would prefer.
